3355848 - Error IDGT_LC 164 occurs when clicking send to GT in the app Create Outbound Files - China

When sending the document to GT in the app Create Outbound Files - China, the following error message is displayed: "Fill in the red-letter invoice notification number" (IDGT_LC 164). 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open app Create Outbound Files - China
2. Fill in the mandatory fields and click Go
3. Choose one document and click Send to GT, the following error message is displayed: "Fill in the red-letter invoice notification number" (IDGT_LC 164)

The red-letter invoice notification number is not maintained or the maintenance is incomplete.

If the customer is a small scale tax payer, please fill in the VAT invoice number and VAT invoice type code of its original billing.

If the customer is an ordinary VAT Tax payer, please fill in the red-letter notification number you got from the China Tax Bureau and if the billing document is split into multiply GT document numbers. Please make sure that you have filled in red-letter invoice notification number for all the GT document numbers.

Note: there are three rules for splitting: The amount limit of the billing is exceeded, the number of the line item is exceeded, and the tax rate is different.
