Symptom

  • A BP has both customer and vendor roles, duplicate KNVK entries are created for one BP contact person.
  • Both contact person entries are referring to a single BP GUID in CVI_CUST_CT_LINK and CVI_VEND_CT_LINK.
  • CVI is configured and active in the system.
