3355973 - In "Change Bill of Material" app when editing BOM description with special character app closes

Symptom

When editing a BOM description in Change Bill of Material app, and putting a special character in the description, the app navigates out of Change Bill of Material app, and the change is not saved, but the material gets locked. 

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Change bill of material app
  2. Open a BOM
  3. Go to edit mode
  4. Change the Bom description and add some special characters like '$', '<' or '>' 
  5. Enter or clicking on paragraph
  6. App closes and material is locked

Cause

Since the Change Bill of Material app is SAPGUI rendered (SAP GUI for HTML) on Fiori launchpad, and when some special characters are not identified, Standard Text editor wouldn't be rendered correctly on Fiori and would exit the application immediately.
