3356047 - How to achieve a blank distribution rule within conditions as default

Symptom

Disclaimer:

In the condition tab of RECN, the distribution rule is pre-assigned with the formula "A Divided Equally".

The expectation though for the distribution formula is to be blank, since in IMG for conditions, empty Default Values are maintained (view V_TIVCDCONDTYPE-DISTRULEEXT).
