Closing project in Project Control - Enterprise Projects app gives error AA296 (Deactivation not possible. Dep.area & has acquisition values).

S/4Hana Cloud

1. Go to app "Project Control - Enterprise Projects", search for sample project.
2. Click the arrow in the right side to go into the project.
3. Click the "Processing Status" button on the top right, change the status from Completed to Closed.
4. Error occurs.

Not all costs have been settled in all ledgers. Check the AUC in the Manage Fixed Assets app. 

Settle costs for all ledgers in Run Settlement Actual app.
