• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - HRIS Sync

1. Go to Provisioning,
2. HRIS Sync Job run and failed
3. Go to Scheduled Jobs
4. Check failed Full HRIS Sync job

Error: Connection refused (Connection refused) 

Connection issue at the data base level 

Customer Action:    

• Please contact Employee Central Support Engineer Team and HRIS Sync Developer team will restart the connection at the database level
