Symptom

Sales Order ABC is missing from Cost and Revenue - Sales Document Items work center view.

ABC means the Sales Order ID.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Cost and Revenue - Sales Document Items work center view.
  2. Search for Sales Order ID ABC.
  3. Notice that no records are found.

Cause

The Sales Order ABC doesn't have any invoicing document created yet. Hence, there's no backend message created for accounting.

Resolution

System behaves as expected. As soon as an invoice document is created and tied to Sales Order ABC, the sales order will be displayed in Cost and Revenue - Sales Document Items Work Center View.
