3356324 - Call List Survey under Digital Selling Workspace could not be canceled or saved as draft

Symptom

In Digital Selling Workspace work center, the Call List Survey could not be canceled or saved as draft.

Environment

  • SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2
  • SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Digital Selling Workspace work center.
  2. Under Call Lists section.
  3. Click the Survey tab and then click on the Survey A. (A refers to the Survey name)
  4. There is no "Save as Draft" button in the Survey. 
  5. If click on the "Cancel" button, the whole Survey page will be canceled instead of deleting the Survey itself. 

Cause

This is standard system behavior. The Survey seen here is just a simulation. 

Resolution

If hope to do any changes to the Survey, please kindly navigate to the Survey work center and change the Survey there.
