Symptom
You have maintained multiple CTI Communication Providers (Widgets) in your CTI Configuration or Live Interaction Widget Settings for Agent Desktop, and when trying to create more, you receive the error "You can have a maximum of 5 CTI widgets. Delete an existing widget configuration before configuring a new widget".
