3356774 - How To Define Default View Between Card and Table for Entities Tab in Customer Hub


You would like to understand the steps to define the default view between Card and Table of the sections in the Entities tab of the Customer Hub in the Agent Desktop.

To define the default view of the sections, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Agent Desktop.
  2. Search for any of the supported objects e.g. Account.
  3. Click Confirm on the account.
  4. See the Customer Hub will open, you can navigate to it.
  5. Navigate to the Entities tab.
  6. Click on the User Menu.
  7. Click Start Adaptation.
  8. Hover your mouse over the Table and Card icons, near the refresh icon.
  9. Click on the Blue Pencil icon of the adaptation mode.
  10. On the Edit Tabs pop-up of the adaptation, you can define which view should come first at the top by dragging and dropping it on the list, and it will be considered as the default view.
  11. Click Apply.
  12. Click End Session on the adaptation header.

Once the above steps are followed, when the customer hub is closed and opened again, any agents that navigate to the entities tab will get the designed view as the default.
