Unable to download the Report of the calendar under Manage Time off Calendar.

1. Navigate to Manage Time Off Calendar
2. Click on Calendar that was run before 6 months.
3. Under Activity- > Click on the  Box to download the report -> No pop-up to download the report

• It is an expected behavior.
• As a general data protection policy to prevent keeping data longer than necessary, the job run information are deleted after six months. The terms are explained in Data Retention of Job Requests | SAP Help Portal.
