3356830 - Organizational Unit Field Is Missing In Visit

Organization Unit field is missing in Visit's detailed view.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Visit work center.
2. Go to Visit work center view.
3. Search and open any visit.
4. Organization Unit is missing field in Visit's header.

In visits, Organization unit field is hidden in adaptation, due to which it is not visible in visits.

Organization Unit field in visits can be enabled using adaptation.

Execute following steps to execute the same

1. Search and open a Visit.
2. Go to Adaptation.
3. Click on pencil icon on header section of Visit.
4. Organization unit field is seen as grayed out.
5. Expand the filed to view personalization option.
6. Check the personalization option.
7. Uncheck the Hide option.
8. End Adaptation mode.

Organization unit field is now visible in visit's header
