Symptom

There is an error 'No transfer of interval for object BU_PARTNER ' when customers try to create a business partner in the APP Manage Business Partner Master Data

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the APP Manage Business Partner Master Data
  2. Click the Create button
  3. Select person option
  4. Select the option 'BP02' as the value of Grouping selection
  5. Enter all other required fields
  6. Click the Create button then you will meet the error

Cause

The number range of BP02 has been changed in the 'SSCUI 102241 - Define Groupings and Assign Number Ranges'

Resolution

Please expand the number range or select the other number range.
