Symptom

How to hide e-signature option in Onboarding Checklist

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Data Collection Page as External user
  2. Now you can see complete your E-signature option.

Resolution

If the Process Variant Manager associated with the candidate does not have a Document Flow step, this option will not appear. 
However, if the Document Flow is configured in PVM and the Assign Form Rule skips the assignment of Documents, there is no possibility to skip the section "Complete E-Signature" in the Onboarding Checklist
