3356908 - "Sorry, we could not authenticate you. Try again." when trying to logon SAP Cloud ALM

Symptom

SAP Cloud ALM is set to use "Custom IAS tenant" for authentication.User has been created in "User Management" of SAP Cloud ALM and received "Welcome" Email from SAP Cloud ALM.

But when trying to logon SAP Cloud ALM,"Sorry, we could not authenticate you. Try again." is displayed.

Even you tried to use option "Forgot password",but no mail for reset password received.
