3356915 - [Custom MDF]Sections still visible even user doesn't have the permission to view any fields inside

User has created a custom MDF object and a UI. This UI has several different sections inside of it, and user has configured some field level overrides permissions for some users.

Before the release, if the user didn't have access to any of the fields inside of the section, the section didn't appear.

After the release, if the user doesn't have access to any of the fields inside of the section, the section appears but blank (without any fields inside of it).

Fig1:Fig1 displays the related symptom. The section titles 
still appear when there is no fields in the sections.

Prerequisites

1. Configure the UI of the custom MDF in Manage Configuration UI. Please refer to fig2.
2. Configure the related permissions in Manage Permission Roles. Please refer to fig3.

Procedure

1. Go to My Employee File(or People Profile);
2. Find the related custom MDF object field in People Profile;
3. Click to edit record
4. See that some sections that the user doesn't have permissions to access like HR Comment and MG Comment. But the HR Comment and MG Comment sections titles are still appeared. 

It's an UI defect.

The issue will be fixed in 2H2023(b2311).
