3357014 - The delegation is not visible.

Symptom

  • Approver Delegation entry is not visible in NWBC > My Home > Approver Delegation after the Valid To date is reached.
  • The delegation does not change to Inactive status after expiration; it disappears from the list.
  • Previously created delegations are no longer displayed when selecting Approver Delegation or clicking the Delegate button.
  • Users cannot find earlier delegations under the My Delegation work set once the Valid To date has passed.
