Dear Customer
Maintenance is scheduled for SAP HANA Cloud implementations on the SAP Business Technology Platform.

In preparation for maintenance activities for the major upgrade window scheduled in <month>, all SAP HANA Cloud and SAP HANA database instances must be upgraded to the latest patch level for the respective QRC. To assist customers with these upgrades, SAP will upgrade all database instances on the affected versions during this maintenance period.
