With Content Server, when a user creates a mapping to OTDS within SAP, the user is prompted for credentials, which they should not be, and the mapping fails after three attempts with the following error:
"Error in HTTP call - Unauthorized:401"
If you check the OTDS logs, they show the following error:
DEBUG com.opentext.otds.restcmn.OTDSExceptionMapper - Error from REST API. HTTP status 401 [status code: -1] [error message: invalid OTDS ticket]
