3357180 - Mapping WebDav with Windows

This KBA helps you to know how to Map the WebDav in Windows.

Before mapping the driver with WebDAV, we need to enable the WebClient Service that is disabled by default in the windows. In order to do this foillow the below steps:

1. Go to Start -> Computer Management 
2. Drop down the Services and Applications
3. Double click Services
4. Search for Webclient and double click on it
5. Set Startup Type: Automatic & Click Apply

Now, we need to map the driver:

1. Go to File explorer -> Right click on This PC
2. Click on Map Network Drive 

3. Now, insert the webdav path in the folder field & click finish,webdav path you can get it from the Application User and Management work center under respective Integration Communication Arrangement
4. Check the box for Connect using different credentials 
5. Click on correct certificate in the open prompt and then ok
6. The Drive is mapped
