Saving changes in the G/L customizing in SSCUI 102622 prompts an information with information message:

Diagnosis
The current change of configuration triggered a Cross Client Verification Check (CCV) with Semantic Business Configuration Locks (SBCL) in the target systems.
System Response
This Popup shows those key entries which are being locked in the target system. They might be interpreted by respective applications and may not grant to continue the business process as long as these locks are active.
Procedure
You can confirm the locks and save the configuration or cancel the popup with the consequence, that configuration cannot be saved.

S/4HANA Cloud

1. Enter SSCUI 102622 Assign G/L Accounts.
2. Change at least one G/L Account. 
3. Press save and the information box is displayed. 

When the customizing is changed, there are locks placed on the customizing to ensure consistency between the systems. 

To save the customizing, it is necessary to accept the locks (Continue with the locks), which will be removed once the customizing changes are subsequently transported to Production. 
Pressing Cancel the locks means the customizing cannot be saved, as the locks are necessary to ensure consistency.
