3357235 - Token is not Populating in Onboarding or Offboarding Email Notification - Onboarding

When implementing standard/custom token in Email template, the tokens are not populating correctly on the email received.

The possible causes for the non-population of the token

1. A missing bracket in the token creation
2. There are spaces in the token

To make the tokens being populated, the key must be inserted between [[ ]], and also ensure that there are no spaces in the Token. 

Correct example: [[TerminationDate]]
