You would like to understand the steps to delete a specific custom status entry from your standard or custom status schema.
Environment
SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
Resolution
To delete status entries, you can follow the steps below:
- Click on the User Menu.
- Click Settings.
- Navigate to All Settings.
- Click Status Schemas, under Cases.
- Select the desired schema and click View Status Schema.
- Select the custom status entry and click Delete.
- See the success message.
