3357261 - How To Reorder Status Schema Entries for Cases

Symptom

You would like to understand how to reorder the entries in the status schema of your cases.

Environment

SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Resolution

To reorder the entries in the status schema of cases, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the User Menu.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Navigate to All Settings.
  4. Click Status Schemas, under Cases.
  5. Select the desired schema and click View Status Schema.
  6. To reorder the status entries, you can drag and drop them on the list.
  7. Once the order is changed, the message Data updated successfully is displayed.

Please notice that, once the entries are reorder, the same will be reflected on the value help of the status field of cases.
