3357287 - Unable to Delete Standard Status Entry from Standard Status Schema


When you try to delete a standard status entry from any standard status schema, you receive the error Standard status codes cannot be deleted from standard schema

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click on the User Menu.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Navigate to All Settings.
  4. Click Status Schemas, under Cases.
  5. Select the Default schema and click View Status Schema.
  6. Choose any of the standard status entries Open, In Process, Customer Action, Completed or Closed.
  7. Click Delete.
  8. On the confirmation pop-up, click Delete.
  9. See the error message.


Similarly to the deletion of standard status schemas, the deletion of the standard status entries is currently not supported.


This is the system designed behavior.
