3357292 - SalesUnitParty not included in payload when request external pricing

Symptom

The outbound payload of C4C does not include Sales Unit Party and Seller Party information when requesting external pricing.

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Request external pricing for a sales order
  2. Navigate to Admin -> Webservice Message Monitoring and find the message under service interface CustomerQuoteRequestExternalSalesDocumentDataOut  
  3. Open up the payload and SalesUnitParty is not found for pricing

Cause

The absence of Sales Unit Party and Seller Party in the request payload for pricing is in accordance with the standard design.

Resolution

If required to include these fields in your external pricing request, kindly verify with your partner.
