You are working with Event-base Production Order. You check the issues with app Postprocess Event-Based Postings - Product Costing and you found below error when making posting:

First option, you can try to set not allowed to post to previous period in app Allow Posting to Previous Period and check again.

The Postprocess is the necessary step in each period's closing. You need to make sure there is no open items in the app. Otherwise, if you find issue after several periods, there is nothing you can do to rectify.
