Accessing the SuccessFactors Mobile App each time does not trigger a log in in the user login report
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core
Reproducing the Issue
- Having already previously gone through the app activation process, now open up Mobile app
- Run user login report (https://me.sap.com/notes/2298105)
- Note that this access of the app is not recorded in the login deport
Cause
Once the app is activated, subsequent access of the app does not count as login and therefore will not show on the login report.
Resolution
It is only during the app activation process that the user goes through the full login process - unless using the QR code scan method.
Each time they access the mobile app does not count as a login.
