3357609 - OpenText Extended ECM for SAP Solutions - exception class /OTX/CX_RM_WSC errors are generated when creating business workspaces

Symptom

In Extended ECM for SAP Solutions, when you attempt to create a business workspace, errors like the following are generated:

Error Text 1: "The message was added by exception class /OTX/CX_RM_WSC. Error text: com.sun.xml.ws.client.clientTransportException: HTTP transport error: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect"

Error Text 2: "The message was added by exception class /OTX/CX_RM_WSC. Error text:SoapFaulCodeName: Core.ServiceException | SoapFaulCodeNamespace: ECMLink.creatorUpdateWorkspaces() failed on the Livelink server. No results were returned. Check the Livelink server thread logs"
