3357698 - Replication Agent not starting due signal 11 and/or timeslice issue with ctlib - SAP ASE

• When starting Replication Agent (RA)
• ASE hits signal 11 and / or timeslice in ctlib functions
• The Rep Agent thread will not start
• There have a few different patterns, the key elements in stacks are sybnet , ct (ctlib) and ra (rep agent) functions
