3357742 - Special characters not rendering correctly in the candidate profile and when using the candidate name token

When a candidate creates a profile using some special characters as part of the name, the system does not render it correctly on candidate profile and using the candidate name tokens.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) - All versions

1. Create a candidate using symbols like & ' 
2. Access the profile and verify the name
3. Send any email to this candidate, make sure the email uses the candidate name (first, last, or full name)
4. Check the email and see the problem
