3357777 - SAP Data Services Designer Error "Can not run version<14.x.x.x> Upgrade the Repository to version" but still can access Designer

Symptom

  • Error occurs after user login to Data Services Designer Local Repository successfully : 
    • "Error Can not run version<x> of the product against the earlier version <14.x.x.x>. Upgrade the Repository to version <14.x.x.x> or later. BODI-1112172"
  • After click "OK", the Error is dismissed and can login to Designer and run jobs. 
  • The error may happen only to certain user account.
