Symptom
- Schedule backup in DBACockpit failed
- It doesn't trigger and status changes from "PLANNED" to "NOT AVAILABLE" and it fails after sometime with status as "SCHEDULING FAILED".
- There is a Msg 7415 in <SID>_JSAGENT.log and Job Scheduler task terminated unexpectedly due to the Msg 7415.
