3357842 - Application error in Applicant Status Set

Application error when trying to edit a saved Status Set in Applicant Status Configuration, affecting both Provisioning and UI.
Error: errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage=Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'rows'), errorName=TypeError

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Admin Center -> Applicant Status Configuration

2. Click on a saved Status Set

3. Facing error: errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage=Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'rows'), errorName=TypeError

There is a status in another Status Set with the same internal label.

As the error does not allow to make any changes to the Status Set, the internal label needs to be corrected by the Engineering Team.

• Environment Type (Prod/Prev/Dev)
• Company ID
• Support User
• User to Proxy
• Data Center

The Engineering Team is working on a prevention task to avoid this type of errors in future.
