3357875 - The Payment Media Column is Empty in Manage Automatic Payments APP

In "Manage Automatic Payments" app, the payment run is executed and the payment media is created successfully.
However the "Payment Media" column is empty in the app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

In "Manage Automatic Payments" app, the 'Payment Media' icon is available if BCM is not activated.

Please check if the scope item J77 (Advanced Bank Account Management) and J78 (Advanced Cash Operations) are activated.
If the scope items are activated, the payment media is created via batch.
In this case you can check the payment media via "Manage Payment Media" app.
