You are using My Inbox app in BTP and want to define/activate your substitutes. The Buttons are not visible in the Me area.
You can see the following error in the console:
sap.ushell.renderers.fiori2.RendererExtensions not found. My Inbox menu options will not be added -
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
