• Referral email sent the referrer is sent in the wrong language 
• Candidate receives the referral email in the language of the referrer

• Go to Internal Career Site 
• Select Refer Friend to Job

Working as per current design. 

When the referrer refers a candidate to a job requisition the email received by the referrer will be in the locale of the candidate. If the candidate does not have a locale the email will be sent in the default language. 

Example: Referrer locale is French and the candidate locale is missing the email will trigger in the default language. 

The candidate will receive the email in the local of the user that referrer them to the Job Requisition. 

Example: The Referrer locale is French the candidate will receive the email in French. 

An internal enhancement request has been raised to address this behaviour.
