The following is the list of fixes*- delivered with Hotfix collection 3, performed in 2305 release of SAP Business ByDesign.

The Hotfix collection is planned to be deployed to tenants during the respective planned maintenance window on/after 22nd July, 2023. Please check the planned maintenance downtime window for your tenant from the Service Control Center.

Statutory Reporting

  • The positive and negative signs of amounts in B100 and B110 are as per system signs now. (Hotfix ID: 1000025561)


  • Data models are now loading successfully for 'Date Part Split' defined scenario in the MLC cockpit. (Hotfix ID: 1000024016)

Output Management

  • The 'FormMessageBinaryObject' is now Read Access-enabled.(Hotfix ID: 1000022544)

Cross Country Extensions

  • The Mileage per diem rates for the year 2023 for France is maintained. (Hotfix ID: 1000022616)
  • The Japan Tax codes (16,17,18,19,20,21, 063, 064, 065, 153, 154, 155) for expense reporting applicable from 01.10.2023 are now available on the system. (Hotfix ID: 1000022237)
  • The Mileage rates for Belgium 2023 Q2 is updated. (Hotfix ID: 1000025660)

Business Partner

  • On the Supplier UI, the Trade Name field is again available. (Hotfix ID: 1000022919)


Customer Relationship Management

Customer Invoicing

  • On a Manual Invoice Request, while adding the product, the values in Price Unit field are now getting correctly populated because of changing the property of Price Unit from Static to Dynamic. (Hotfix ID: 1000025281)


Financial Management

Due Item Processing

  • For the Reverse Charge scenario, the tax amount is now extracted correctly upon extraction of the “Open items receivable and payable" data. (Hotfix ID: 1000022552)

Travel and Expense Management

  • The Peppol outgoing xml file is correctly populating the Customer Information text from the Customer Invoice. (Hotfix ID: 1000024754)


Supply Chain Management


  • The Inventory Ageing and Inventory Balances reports were out of sync because OD cancellations were not being considered. Necessary corrections are made to include OD cancellations. Going forward, both reports should be in sync. (Hotfix ID: 1000021717)
  • In the Count Task tab, on the Physical Inventory UI, the preview of the count tasks is now showing as expected. (Hotfix ID: 1000024951)
  • Checking of stock for an item that is being returned is not required. Earlier such checking at the time of Consignment Return was causing an error. This check is now removed, and the issue is resolved. (Hotfix ID: 1000019588)


  • The Logistic unit is now correctly populating during task confirmation through inbound webservice. (Hotfix ID: 1000023144)

Site Logistics Request

  • The mapping of the Supplier Part Number is rectified from Root to Item. Now the supplier part number is displaying correctly for the line items on the PO receipt UI. (Hotfix ID: 1000023238)



  • When the business residence is changed for a costcenter, the correct company code is now being picked while posting the time recording to the account. (Hotfix ID: 1000022218)



  • If the status of an approved purchase order changes, a corresponding task is now correctly being assigned to the appropriate person under BTM. The person is also receiving a notification for that task in their inbox. (Hotfix ID: 1000024662)
