3358154 - Properties guidelineAmount are not insertable error when trying to give award in mobile app - Rewards & Recognition [ARCHIVED]

[ARCHIVED] Duplicated KBA.

Following error message pop up when giving award:

"Properties guidelineAmount are not insertable.Please check the property setting in Admin Center> OData API Data Dictionary or entity metadata".

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental"

SAP SuccessFactors Rewards & Recognition 

1. Go to Recognize and award someone's page 
2. Nominate a user for a award
3. Click submit
4. Error message: "Properties guidelineAmount are not insertable.Please check the property setting in Admin Center> OData API Data Dictionary or entity metadata" pop up.

GuidelineAmount field visibility is not equal to editable.

Follow the below steps to fix the issue:

1. Go to Configure Object Definitions
2. Select Object Definitions
3. Select Spot award
4. Take action
5. Click on the details of the guidelineAmount field
   1. 
6. Select the option Editable for the Visibility option
