3358162 - CTE - Not able to click on "Import Document From Queue", option is greyed out

In Concur Documents (CTE_POST_MONI or CTE_DOC_MONI) the option Feedback Loop > Step by Step > Import Documents From Queue is greyed out and not clickable.

Thus, no documents show up when searching on same screen.
