3358205 - Field description is displayed as '>' in VK13 unexpectedly in Japanese

Symptom

You have created a customer own field and used it in condition table. In transaction SE11, the field label has been defined correctly in Japanese. But in transaction VK13, the description of the field is shown as '>' instead of the content in field label in 'Condition information'.
