3358209 - UID login issue / Azure AD authentication [July 2023] - SAP Universal ID

• UID login issues
• UID redirecting to Azure AD authentication
• Cannot log into any SAP sites with UID
• Receiving an error while logging into various SAP sites with UID
• ERROR: Sorry, but we re having trouble with signing you in. User account '[email address]' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'SAP SE' and cannot access the application '86a7b316-1fe4-4b4c-b03f-145329e3cb00'(SAP SE: Universal ID) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account
• ERROR: Authentication method has changed / As an SAP employee or contractor, you will be authenticated with Azure AD when you login with your SAP Universal ID. This also means that your login credentials changed. Please select your SAP initial Universal ID password has been replaced with your Global SAP Password
