3358217 - SAP Jam subtabs are not opening in an new browser tab or window

Symptom

Subtab is opening in the same window and not in a new window tab in browser.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core 2305

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to customers' instance
  2. Click any subtab in the Homepage

The link will not be opened in a new window but in the same window.

Cause

No issue. Working as designed.

Resolution

There's no configuration to set the link in subtab to open in new tab. It is designed to open in the same window.
