3358231 - New Hire/Employee is still assigned to an external user Permission Role

• Users have been hired and converted to Internal employee but is still assigned to OnboardingExternalUser permission role.

 SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core 

• Login to SF , Go to view user permissions for check permissions for  new hires (Internal users) , newly hired  internal users are assigned to ONBExternalUser permission role.
• Internal Hires are getting assigned to the ONBExternalUser permission role. Because of which they are seeing both Internal and External hire tiles on their homepage.

Known issue. 

This is an known issue engineering team working on the permanent  fix  , tentatively planned  in b2311 release

Workaround:  Kindly  update this external rule (inactive rule in ONBExternalUser role and active this rules again), the problem should be solved.
