Symptom

It is required to change an action button (e.g save, exit, cancel) position (from left to right or from bottom to top) in the toolbar through SAP GUI for HTML (Web GUI) when a standard FIORI theme like SAP Belize or SAP Quartz (sap-theme=sap_belize or sap_fiori_3) is used.
