Symptom

You want to know if it is possible to manage inactive/retired user photos using OData API.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Resolution

The Photo entity allows you to query, import, update, and delete user photos in the system.

However, it was designed to work for active users only (refer to Photo chapter of OData guide).
