Receiving the error "The Business Configuration page is locked because the Synchronize Business Configuration job has failed either due to a configuration error or a technical issue. Navigate to the Scheduled Job Manager page to check more details of the job." when navigating to Manage Business Configuration in Admin Center.

1. Navigate to Manage Business Configuration;
2. Receive the issue message: Error "The Business Configuration page is locked because the Synchronize Business Configuration job has failed either due to a configuration error or a technical issue.
3. Navigate to the Scheduled Job Manager page to check more details of the job is displayed.

This cause of the issue is because Manage Business Configuration page is not accessible due to an error while executing Syncronize Business Configuration job.

In case you cannot find relevant details in Scheduled Job Manager of what caused the error, please reach out to your implementation partner, so they can check the job response in provisioning and provide you further details.
