Symptom

When creating new revision, approval history is not being copied.

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Quote;
  2. Submit Quote For Approval;
  3. Approve or Reject Quote;
  4. Create New Revision;
  5. Check on Approval History page that there is no information.

Cause

There is a backend parameter that needs to be set to True in order to Approval History to be copied through revisions or through the action of Copy of a Quote.

Resolution

Customer should engage Support Team requesting feature to be activated.
