REST API call returning Empty Body Response intermittently.

SAP CPQ

1. Try using a REST API by a third party system
2. API call returns Empty Body error.

• CPQ IPs might not be whitelisted on customer's side
• If customer security team uses any Zero Trust solution, software might intermittently be blocking the API calls.

• It should be checked if CPQ URLs are whitelisted with customer's network team
• If even after whitelisting CPQ URLs/IPs issue still happens, support team should be engaged.
