3358575 - Resource Calendar Report Displays Incorrect Reporting Line Unit for Some Employees

In resource calendar report , some of the employees are available under wrong reporting line unit

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. Go to Business Analytics work center 
2. Go to Design reports view 
3. Search for "Resource Calendar" report
4. Select key date = "Current Year To Go" and reporting line unit = "All"
5. In selection option opt for "Year to Go"
6. In report some resources are under incorrect organizational Unit 
7. Now,
8. Go to Personnel Administration work center
9. Search for relevant employee ID , the organizational unit is correct

When multiple reporting line units are passed to the "Reporting Line Unit" field as input, the Resource Calendar report displays data for all the specified Reporting Line Units. However, when using the "Employee" column in the Resource Calendar report along with multiple Reporting Line Units, the report exhibits the standard system behavior.

Follow below workaround to optimize the Resource Calendar report for your specific needs:

Instead of providing multiple Reporting Line Units simultaneously in the "Reporting Line Unit" field as an input for the Resource Calendar report, we recommend passing only the latest Reporting Line Unit for individual employees or groups of employees. By doing so, the report will show the latest Reporting Line Unit for each employee.
